Fleet Graphics

Custom Fleet Graphics

Fleet graphics provide a consistent way to identify vehicles and present a unified brand across daily operations. Whether vehicles are on the road, at job sites, or parked at facilities, consistent graphics ensure they are immediately recognizable and aligned with the organization they represent.

Across Washington, DC, Northern Virginia, and Maryland, fleet programs must account for multiple vehicle types, production consistency, and installation timing. District Visual Communications (DVC) manages the design, production, and installation of fleet graphics, ensuring each vehicle is properly matched to brand standards and delivered with the consistency, quality, and control required across the full fleet.

What Fleet Graphics Include

What Fleet Graphics Include

District Visual Communications provides the full range of branded visual treatments applied to commercial and institutional vehicles. This includes full wraps that cover the entire vehicle exterior, partial wraps applied to key panels such as doors, rear sections, and hoods, and spot graphics or decals for logo placement, door lettering, and required identification markings. Where vehicles serve both organizational and personal use, DVC produces removable magnetic panels. Fleet programs also include DOT and other regulatory markings, such as identification numbers and weight ratings, to ensure compliance.

All fleet graphics are produced by DVC using commercial-grade materials selected for exterior durability, color stability, and clean removal at the end of the vehicle’s service life.

Vehicles We Graphic

District Visual Communications produces fleet graphics across a wide range of vehicle types used in daily operations. This includes cargo and sprinter vans with high-visibility side and rear panel graphics, box and straight trucks with large-format applications designed for extended visibility, and pickup trucks with graphics applied to doors, tailgates, and cab surfaces. DVC also provides graphics for sedans and SUVs where a more understated, professional presentation is appropriate, as well as full exterior branding for transit buses and shuttle vehicles used within corporate campuses, transportation systems, and institutional environments.

Brand Consistency Across Every Vehicle

Brand Consistency Across Every Vehicle

The most common problem with fleet graphics is inconsistency — vehicles in the same fleet carrying different logo versions, mismatched colors, or outdated designs because they were produced at different times by different vendors. In a market where clients include government agencies, corporate procurement departments, and institutional partners, that inconsistency is noticed and it undermines credibility.

DVC maintains master design files for every vehicle type in your fleet. Each vehicle is produced from the same controlled template, with color verified against your brand specifications at every run. When you add a new vehicle or need a replacement after damage or a lease return, we produce from the same file, every time. For organizations without existing vehicle design standards, we develop brand-aligned layouts across your vehicle classes from the ground up.

Multi-Vehicle Production and Scheduling

Organizations with active fleets cannot take multiple vehicles out of service at once. District Visual Communications coordinates production and installation around your operational schedule, processing vehicles in batches that keep your fleet moving. When a compressed timeline is required a new contract award, a rebrand rollout, or a fleet expansion DVC manages the full process to keep multi-vehicle orders on track without delays. We keep fleet managers informed throughout and confirm completion for each unit.
